Accounting Manager

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to oversee financial operations and ensure compliance as the organization scales globally.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the monthly close, reconciliation, and reporting process while maintaining strong internal controls

Build efficient workflows for payables, payroll, and reporting, driving automation through finance tools

Manage accounting and tax compliance across multiple entities and support financial reporting for leadership and investors

Required Qualifications

5-8+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or related roles, preferably in a startup or tech / crypto environment

Deep understanding of GAAP and multi-entity accounting

Experience managing audits and external financial relationships

Hands-on experience with modern finance tools such as QuickBooks and Brex

Highly organized, analytical, and proactive in improving financial processes
