Banquet Servers ensure our guests have an extraordinary dining and event experience by providing exceptional service throughout all phases of an event — from setup to cleanup. What You Will Do
Event Setup
- Prepare banquet halls and event spaces by arranging tables, linens, silverware, dishes, glassware, and décor according to event standards.
- Set up buffet stations, beverage service areas, and special layouts as required to ensure readiness before guest arrival.
Food & Beverage Service
Greet guests warmly and professionally, providing attentive and friendly service throughout the event.Serve plated meals, replenish buffet items, and provide beverages following responsible service standards.Communicate menu details and respond to guest inquiries about ingredients, preparation, and special requests.Guest Experience & Table Maintenance
Anticipate guest needs, address requests promptly, and maintain a welcoming, positive atmosphere.Ensure tables are properly maintained by clearing and resetting between courses, keeping the dining area clean, organized, and service-ready at all times.Event Breakdown & Cleanup
Assist with post-event breakdown, including clearing tables, removing linens, and cleaning service areas.Return equipment and supplies to designated locations in the kitchen or storage.Ensure all areas are left clean, orderly, and ready for future events.Teamwork & Communication
Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, event coordinators, and fellow servers.Communicate guest needs and timing to ensure seamless service flow.Support teammates during busy periods to maintain efficient operations.What You Need to Have
2–3 years’ experience as a banquet server, fine dining server, or in high-volume catering.Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards, including safe food handling and responsible alcohol service.Familiarity with POS systems (Toast preferred).Valid, non-expired Food Handler and Basset (or equivalent) certifications.Excellent communication, teamwork, and guest service skills.Ability to multi-task while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs., stand / walk for long periods, and perform repetitive motions.Flexibility to work varied schedules, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.What We Offer
