Key Responsibilities

Create detailed quotes requiring technical accuracy and mathematical calculations

Draft written instructions for the issuance and delivery of software licenses

Manage the software support renewal process and maintain CRM records

Required Qualifications

University undergraduate degree required

Exceptional mathematical aptitude and Excel skills required

Minimum of 3 years experience in a sales support role

Current authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis

Familiarity with information technology and storage systems is a plus
