Operations Supervisor-RN
As a result of company growth, the Orthopedic Institute of Wisconsin (OIW) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Supervisor-RN to oversee the operations at one of our clinics.
The Operations Supervisor-RN for OIW | Surgery Partners will oversee the day-to-day affairs of assigned clinic operations of numerous orthopedic clinics as directed by the Operations Manager and Director.

Primary Responsibilities :
Provide functional leadership and coordination of all employees related to clinical operational functions as assigned bringing standardization across the regionEstablish, monitor, and analyze relevant metrics as they relate to patient outcomes and employee productivityWork in close collaboration with the Operations Manager to meet and maintain system goalsMeet, maintain, and / or exceed regulatory standards for quality patient care deliveryAssist with recruiting, retention, and staffing procedures and annual competencies, including commitment to creating an accessible, supportive environment and recognizing diversity and cultural competence as integral components of care excellence- including auditsOperate within approved budgetPlan, lead and organize the performance of direct reports including patient experience-Foster a culture of high reliability and quality, mission focus, transparency, and joy in practice; promote staff wellness across all clinicsInvestigate and address patient and employee concernsLead new implementationsMonitor compliance with all relevant laws and regulations associated with area of responsibilityPerform other duties as assignedEducation / Qualification Requirements :
Required team leadership and minimum of 1-3 years supervisory ambulatory experienceRequired RN, BSNBachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or related degree is highly desirable.Skills :
