job_description.job_card.job_descriptionPosition is in a critical access hospital with 25 staffed beds CT Technologist works in the CT department and also performs radiography exams during evening shifts Shift is 4x10 hours, Friday to Sunday nights from 8 : 00 PM to 6 : 30 AM Every third weekend is required On-call coverage may be required as needed Patients are adult acute care, outpatient, and emergency cases Procedures include Abdomen, Pelvis, Chest, Vascular Chest, Head, Sinuses, Soft Tissue Neck, Trauma Head, Spine (Cervical, Lumbar, Thoracic) CT scans with and without contrast Utilizes Cerner for charting No float required outside primary scope CT Technologist is responsible for imaging procedures including post-processing such as 3D rendering and multiplanar reconstruction Preparation and administration of contrast media is required Night shift role with schedule block of Friday through Sunday First-time travelers will be considered for this position Any solid color scrubs are permitted Parking permit is required but provided at no cost Maximum of 5 days requested time off is allowed Local candidates are accepted with no radius restrictions Active ARRT, BLS, and Illinois state license required at time of start Minimum 1 year of experience as a CT Technologist Experience in adult acute care, outpatient, and emergency department settings required Proficiency with contrast CTs for Abdomen, Pelvis, Chest, Vascular, Head, Sinuses, Neck, Trauma, and Spine Skilled in 3D rendering, multiplanar reconstruction, and region of interest measurement Knowledge of isolation precautions, contrast preparation, and radiation safety License required if applicable High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts
