Staff Platform Engineer

A company is looking for a Staff Platform Engineer to serve as an embedded technical leader for the Migration track within their Forward Engineering organization.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement the core automation platform, including Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI / CD pipelines

Own the engineering roadmap for tooling to ensure documented, testable, and automated migration steps

Define and enforce operational excellence, coding standards, and security practices across migration tooling

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or DevOps roles

Deep expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform or CloudFormation

Expert-level knowledge of CI / CD practices and tooling

Fluency in system programming languages such as Go or Python

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience)
