Description :

General information regarding the unit includes 854 beds and 120 staff members.

The team consists of 15-20 RRTs for adult service lines and 3-4 RRTs for neonatal / pediatric service lines during the day shift.

The night shift includes 12-16 RRTs for adult service lines and 3-4 RRTs for neonatal / pediatric service lines.

Patient ratios range from 10 to 25.

The unit utilizes various types of equipment, including adult vents, infant / pediatric vents, transport vents, non-invasive devices, and high flow oxygen devices.

The electronic medical record system used is Cerner.

Candidates must possess a North Carolina Respiratory License and RRT certification.

Preferred candidates will have NRP certification.

The typical procedures performed on the unit may vary.

The best personality fit for this role is encouraged.

Clothing requirements include wearing medium gray / pewter scrubs.

Weekend shifts will vary, with a minimum of four weekend shifts every six-week schedule.

The position is available due to a vacancy.
