Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Delivery Expert to join our team in Suffolk, United States. As a Delivery Expert, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time, while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.

• Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport orders to customers' locations
• Accurately process customer orders, including receiving phone orders and using computer systems
• Handle cash and credit card transactions, ensuring correct monetary change
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle and work area
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
• Adhere to company policies, food safety standards, and traffic laws
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or special requests
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and report any issues to management
• Assist with additional in-store tasks as needed, such as food preparation or cleaning

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS , including, but not limited to the following :

Standing

Most tasks are performed from a standing position. Walking surfaces include ceramic tile "bricks" with linoleum in some food process areas. Height of work surfaces is between 36" and 48".
