Senior Project Manager

Location : St.Paul, MN

  • Immediate Hire

What You’ll Do :

  • Lead large-scale industrial, commercial, or mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through commissioning
  • Own estimating, change orders, schedule, budget management, and stakeholder communication
  • Coach & mentor PM and APM staff; drive best practices across the team

    • What We’re Looking For :

  • 5+ years managing industrial / mechanical or process-focused construction
  • Strong estimating, analytical, problem-solving, and scheduling skills (MS Project)
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities
