Venturi, LLC, a Chenega Company, has a challenging career opportunity for a Command, Control, Communications, and Battle Management (C3BM) Principal Systems Engineer who will engage in C3BM systems engineering efforts, including C2BMC technical engineering and integration, future concepts, new functionality, and multi-national exchange designs. This role supports the TEAMS Next Missile Defense Systems Engineering contract.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide interoperability engineering, analysis, and technical guidance for C2BMC, MDS Elements, and external capability integration and interface design between MDA / BC, BC contractors, and MDS Elements.
• Participate in C2BMC software engineering reviews and analyses for developing C2BMC Spiral products.
• Contribute to technical baseline efforts to develop specifications and interfaces for current and future C3BM spirals.
• Support integration and interoperability product evaluations based on future product integration into MDA / BC spiral builds through interface, requirements, and C2BMC product definitions.
• Participate in C2BM and BMDS OPIR Architecture (BOA) Agile review processes.
• Participate in MDA ground test planning and objectives development.
• Provide evolving C3BM architecture analysis and expertise in OPIR capability.
• Support Modeling & Simulation development involving C2BMC, sensors, and space assets.
• Participate in evaluations of C3BM increments and initiatives; coordinate IV&V activities for all C2BMC and OPIR.
• Offer expertise in Modeling and Simulation.
• Provide expertise in threat modeling.
• Provide interoperability engineering, analysis, and technical guidance for C2BMC, MDS Elements, and external capability.
• Participate in technical baseline efforts to develop specifications and interfaces for current and future C3BM spirals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
