Summary

We are seeking a Intake Nurse Coordinator to lead our efforts in providing high-quality care and support to our Skilled Nursing, Managed Care and Long-Term Care residents. This role is pivotal in overseeing and supporting the Centralized Intake and Admissions team in intake and admissions operations, ensuring that our residents receive the best possible care tailored to their individual needs from admission to discharge at our communities. The position is based in Mayfield Heights, Ohio and plays a critical role in upholding our commitment to excellence.

This is a great opportunity for a Nurse (LPN / RN) who has prior experience with full cycle admissions. This person should also be experienced in skilled nursing admissions in a Long-Term Care setting, specifically those that have multiple years' experience or prior Director experience leading a team of admissions team members.

Prior experience with admissions, intake or Case Management in Skilled Nursing facilities, hospital systems, or assisted livings is a plus! This In- Office position will focus on the financial authorization side of admissions.

Starting negotiable rate for this position is $65,000 a year
