Are excited to be hands-on on job sites, in the warehouse, and at staging installs. Can take direction but also work independently and show initiative. Work well under pressure in a team-based environment. Live in New York City and can travel to the Hudson Valley 1–2 times a week as needed. Have basic skills in furniture handling, accessory placement, or layout execution. Bonus : Experience in visual merchandising or styling (especially in home decor). Contribute to a fast-moving, team-driven creative environment and support senior designers on projects.

Overview
Part-time Junior Interior Designer - Home Stager / Visual Merchandiser based in New York, NY. You’ll be out in the field conducting walk-throughs with real estate agents, pulling inventory, completing pick sheets, and participating in live installations. Must be NYC-based with ability to travel to the Hudson Valley Headquarters.
Base pay range
$21.00 / hr - $23.00 / hr
Responsibilities
- Conduct property walkthroughs with real estate agents to assess design and staging needs.
- Complete pick sheets and pull inventory from our curated warehouse.
- Participate in staging installations and setups in luxury homes and short-term rentals.
- Style spaces using furniture, accessories, and artwork.
- Contribute to a fast-moving, team-driven creative environment.
