Job Description (W2 Contract) :

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Service Representative to assist members with their prescription insurance and medication coverage via inbound phone calls. In this role, you will provide guidance, answer questions, and help members better understand their pharmacy benefit plans. You’ll have the opportunity to service a variety of clients and call types as our business evolves, offering solutions that simplify the healthcare experience.

Responsibilities :

  • Handle incoming calls from members regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions.
  • Match the pace and tone of the caller while maintaining empathy and professionalism.
  • Navigate multiple computer applications, toggle between screens, and interpret benefits accurately.
  • Provide solutions to help members understand their coverage options.
  • Maintain a calm demeanor while problem-solving and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Adapt to a dynamic, evolving business environment and handle a variety of call types.

  • Ability to match the pace of the caller.
  • Demonstrated empathy and patience in customer interactions.
  • Strong multitasking abilities with computer proficiency, including toggling between programs and screens.
  • Effective problem-solving skills with a calm, professional demeanor.
  • Required Qualifications :

  • 1+ year experience interacting with customers (e.g., call center, retail, customer service, hospitality, or military experience).
  • Proficiency with Windows-based computer applications.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Positive, productive problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to relate to customers in a patient and helpful manner.
  • Reliability and adherence to scheduling standards.
  • Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • 6+ months of healthcare experience.
  • Education :

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
