A company is looking for an HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic advisor and consultant in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary HR contact for business units, providing guidance on employee relations and performance management
Develop and implement HR strategies in partnership with leadership to align with business goals
Conduct investigations into employee concerns, analyze HR metrics, and ensure compliance with employment laws
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's or HR certification preferred)
5+ years of progressive HR experience with a focus on employee relations
Experience in healthcare and / or call center environments
Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices
Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
