A day in the life of a TLC at Kami...

• Interact with educators and administrators via phone and online
• Demonstrate the use of the product
• Research prospects and existing customers, identify key stakeholders, generate interest, grow usage, and develop accounts
• Track, optimize, and grow usage : Monitor key usage metrics, assess the impact of your connections with customers, and share insights and recommendations to keep usage growing and build our user base.
• Qualify prospects and facilitate an introduction to their regional Account Executive
• Manage prospect inquiries and overcome objections
• Become a trusted resource for educators and administrators
• Provide feedback to leadership to ensure constant process improvement
• Consistently achieve agreed goals

You have...

Experience in Education technology as a trainer, technology coach, or educator

Experience working in a high-energy environment

A passion for educating, helping, and inspiring people

A consultative approach and the ability to influence and direct a conversation

The skills to clearly articulate product values and benefits

A knack for asking great questions to uncover problems with a prospects current environment

College degree

The drive to be a self-starter

A track record of success and being a valued team player
