Applied AI Engineer
As an Applied AI Engineer at Console, you'll work on the core agent loop and the many AI flows that make our product feel like magic. You will work closely with the product team and leadership to ship experiences which delight users and just work. Some examples of work you might do :
- Building a copilot agent that human agents can delegate work to and get 10x more done
- Architecting product flows that collect user feedback and feed into online evals for rapid iteration
- Learning from unresolved tickets and suggesting new automations to customers automatically
You'll have room to be creative, own projects end-to-end, and shape both the platform and the product vision.
This role is based in San Francisco, CA. We work in-person and offer relocation assistance to new employees.
