Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Analytics Systems Administrator to join our multi-tenant hosting team. In this role, you will be responsible for Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) processes into Epic's Hosted SQL Server databases for our customers. You will also assist customers in utilizing Epic's analytical applications and other industry-standard reporting tools to analyze their data. Ensuring quick ETLs and maintaining data integrity are critical to success. You will collaborate closely with customers to ensure timely report generation and swift resolution of issues.

You will apply your technical expertise and problem-solving skills to optimize data upload, download, and utilization within Epic's data warehouse for some of the largest healthcare organizations in the country. Your work will contribute to transforming patient care through better data utilization, supporting goals such as reducing chronic disease rates, minimizing waste in care delivery, and lowering operational costs. Desired Skills and Experience :

• Microsoft SQL / Oracle experience
• Experience administering SQL Server 2017+ databases
• SSIS development experience
• Experience with ETL processes between data sources
• PowerShell development experience
