• Perform lock installation, repair, and maintenance services for residential, commercial, and automotive clients.

• Utilize specialized tools and techniques to open locks without causing damage.
• Cut new or duplicate keys based on client requirements.
• Assess the security needs of clients and provide appropriate recommendations.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the service process.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, including time logs and inventory usage.
• Stay updated with the latest locksmith industry trends, tools, and techniques through ongoing training.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Occasionally assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling service appointments and handling customer inquiries.
