Requirements :

Active Florida RN license or multistate compact license

Minimum 2+ years recent Med Surg RN experience

BLS certification

NIHSS certification required

AHCA registration required

Job Overview :

Provides nursing care to adult patients on a Medical-Surgical Stroke Unit. Responsibilities include assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care in accordance with the Nursing Process and hospital policies. Ensures patient safety, monitors neurological status, and provides patient / family education.
