job_description.job_card.job_descriptionDevelop and maintain secure application and cloud practices, including vulnerability management and infrastructure hardening. Implement data security measures such as encryption, secrets management, and regulatory compliance. Design and operationalize incident response playbooks and manage post-incident reviews. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate security into the development lifecycle. Monitor and analyze security systems to identify and mitigate potential threats. Lead the establishment of security operations and identity access management protocols. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members on security practices. Stay updated on emerging security trends and technologies to enhance organizational security posture. Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in security engineering or related technical roles. Proficiency in application security, cloud security, IAM, and security operations. Experience with GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform, Python, and Temporal technologies. Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 and GDPR. Ability to balance pragmatism with rigor in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams. U.S. citizenship and residency required due to government initiatives.
