Your Role as a Consultant Dietitian
As a vital part of our team, you’ll focus on clinical expertise and relationship-building to elevate resident care, with no expectation to cover kitchen shifts. Your responsibilities include :
Conducting in-facility visits 2-3 days per week with flexible hours; remote work options available.Performing comprehensive nutrition assessments, monitoring weights, and overseeing nutrition-related care.Documenting nutritional needs, interventions, and outcomes with precision.Collaborating on care plans and participating in weekly QAPI meetings to drive quality improvements.Supporting the Food and Nutrition Services Department through audits to ensure safety, sanitation, and quality standards.Leading monthly meal rounds and QA to ensure diets meet clinical, palatability, and presentation standards.Providing engaging in-service education to empower facility staff.What We’re Looking For

Our ideal candidate brings :
A Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics from an accredited institution.Oklahoma licensure (provisional licensure welcome-perfect for early-career professionals!).Availability during regular business hours (no evenings or weekends, ensuring work-life balance).Exceptional communication skills to build strong relationships with clients and residents.Strong clinical expertise, food safety knowledge, and familiarity with commercial kitchen operations.Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel to streamline documentation.A proactive, independent mindset with a passion for making a difference.Benefits Designed for You
