Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A part-time speech-language pathologist or speech-language pathology assistant opportunity is available within a K-12 school setting in Aurora, MO. This contract role spans the 2025-2026 school year, from August 18, 2025, through May 21, 2026, working two days per week.

Responsibilities include providing speech and language services to a caseload of 15-20 students, including support for two nonverbal students utilizing augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) devices. The role involves developing individualized treatment plans, conducting assessments, and collaborating with educators and families to support student communication development.

Qualifications for this position :

• Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology or valid licensure as an SLP, including pediatric experience.
• Eligibility or experience in a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) for Speech-Language Pathologists.
• Licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) with experience in school or healthcare settings.
• Familiarity with working with AAC devices and nonverbal student populations.
• Ability to work effectively in a school environment serving K-12 students.
