What Youll Be Doing

• Connect with homeowners and guide them through the inspection and restoration process
• Perform roof inspections and document findings
• Manage your opportunities with precision using our CRM
• Educate clients on roofing systems and build trust through transparency
• Work alongside our production team to deliver excellent results
• Attend weekly coaching and team development sessions
• Represent Lightning Exteriors with integrity in your community
