Shift : 7 : 00 AM - 7 : 30 PM

Experience :

• 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 24 months of Intensive Care Unit experience within the past 3 years.

Additional Details :

Required Credentials : No background hits accepted.

Special Requests : Banner cannot accommodate or guarantee travel pairs or trios. Cannot apply with stipulations limiting scheduling : weekends only, block scheduling, etc. Only 1 Holiday RTO will be accepted. This includes : Thanksgiving (11 / 28 - 11 / 29), Christmas (12 / 24-12 / 25), and New Years (12 / 31-1 / 1).

7 days maximum time off. Start assignment restriction : 7 days
