Starting Pay : $45 / hour (negotiable based on experience)
Position Overview
The BCBA designs and oversees individualized ABA programs, conducts assessments, sets goals, trains and supervises staff, and collaborates with families to ensure services reflect GrayColors' commitment to individuality and neurodiversity.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement individualized ABA treatment programsConduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and functional behavior analysesDevelop measurable treatment goals and objectivesProvide direct supervision to RBTs and other staff membersTrain and mentor team members on evidence-based practicesCollaborate closely with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teamsCollect and analyze data to monitor client progressEnsure compliance with ethical guidelines and regulatory requirementsParticipate in team meetings and case consultationsRequired Qualifications
Master's degree in ABA or related fieldActive BCBA certification in good standingExperience working with school-aged children and / or toddlersPrior experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilitiesStrong data collection and analysis skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionCommitment to compassionate, individualized care and taking pride in quality workReliable transportation for community-based servicesPreferred Qualifications
Experience in both school and community-based ABA settingsMultilingual abilities (Spanish, etc.) - a plus but not requiredPrevious supervisory experience with RBTs or other staff - a plus but not requiredWhat We Offer
