Key Responsibilities
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing for the dedicated territory
Meet or exceed revenue targets by acquiring new business and growing existing accounts
Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to identify and acquire target accounts
Required Qualifications
2-4 years of sales experience in a quota-carrying, full-cycle Account Executive role focused on HR technology
Proven success in selling B2B SaaS solutions to the SMB segment
Geographically based in North America
Demonstrated ability to execute the full sales cycle and grow existing accounts
Highly motivated and resilient with a startup mindset
