• Days Location : Boston, MA Job Description : We are seeking a compassionate Hospice Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care to patients in Boston. Ideal candidates will have a strong hospice and home health background. Responsibilities :
• Deliver quality hospice care in patients' homes.
• Complete documentation using HCHB and OASIS, with same
• day submission.
• Manage a caseload of 20
• 25 cases weekly.
• Attend weekly in
• person office meetings.
• Be flexible to float as needed. Schedule :
• 13
• week contract, 40 hours / week.
• Monday to Friday, 8 am
• 5 pm.
• Possible weekend work; no on
• call or overtime. Qualifications :
• Active RN License and BLS Certification.
• 2 years of hospice experience.
• Proficient in HCHB / OASIS, with Oasis E experience post
• January 2023.
