Lending Officer Medical, Executive & Commercial Lending

Addison Group is actively seeking an experienced Lending Officer to join our client's growing team and support the launch of a new branch in the Dallas Medical District. This role is ideal for a commercial lender with an established presence in the Dallas market, preferably with experience serving medical professionals or executive-level clients. You'll play a key part in expanding business relationships and structuring customized lending solutions for established clients.

Location : Dallas, TX

Work Schedule : Monday Friday, Full-Time (Onsite)

Type of Employment : Direct Hire

Compensation : $120,000 $200,000 annually (depending on experience) + up to 20% bonus potential

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, manage, and grow a portfolio of commercial lending clients, with a focus on healthcare providers, executives, and business owners.
• Structure, analyze, and close commercial loans including practice financing, equipment purchases, working capital, and owner-occupied real estate.
• Build strategic partnerships within the medical, executive, and professional communities in the Dallas area.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by guiding clients through the full lending process from origination through closing.
• Monitor industry trends and maintain in-depth knowledge of current lending products and compliance guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal credit and operations teams to ensure timely processing and client satisfaction.
• Represent the financial institution professionally and actively participate in relevant networking and community activities.
