This full-time operational role involves working at a single manufacturing plant with quarterly travel across North America, combining classroom learning, hands-on experience, and networking opportunities.

• Analyzing manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality improvements

This program starts each July and lasts 18 months. Upon completion, most graduates select from multiple final placement opportunities within Saint-Gobain's extensive network. The role offers a total compensation range of $70,000 to $108,000 annually, with potential bonuses. Applicants must have a valid passport for travel and be prepared for a dynamic, impactful career development experience.
