As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Data Center Facilities Technician to join our team and drive our relationships with hyperscale clients to new heights.

Data Center Facilities Technician :

The Data Center Facilities Technician will provide the building maintenance services including on-site electrical and mechanical maintenance and repairs of non-critical aspects of the Facility’s buildings and grounds, as directed.  By way of example, these maintenance services could include such services as :

Responsibilities :

• General area cleanup
• Touchup painting
• Tool inventory
• Door repair
• Mounting of signage
• Minor electrical tasks
• Minor plumbing tasks
• Basic minor carpentry tasks
• Specific or immediate industrial cleaning tasks, as needed
• Light-duty mechanical tasks
• Monitoring and replacing HVAC filters and light bulbs in designated areas
• Hanging of wall art and shelving
• Dismantling and installation of furniture and cabinets
• Setting up and taking down tables and chairs for special meetings or events
• Snow removal during winter season.

• Landscaping and clean up
• Carpet cleaning and / or replacement
• Other tasks and special projects as designated
