The Job
- Close sales that meet our Gross Profit Margin, client satisfaction, and booking targets
- Run pre-qualified, company-generated leads ~ no cold calling
- Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners
- Build rapport, uncover goals, and design custom solutions
- Present detailed proposals and designs
- Hand off closed sales packages to production
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals
- 100% commission role after training period
