Job Title : Wiring Technician
Schedule : First Shift, 8 Hours | Weekend Availability Required

Overview :
We are seeking a Wiring Technician to support the assembly and wiring of OEM automated machinery. This role offers the chance to be part of a growing manufacturing environment while working on innovative equipment.
Responsibilities :
- Perform panel, enclosure, and field wiring under minimal supervision
- Read and follow electrical / controls schematics and wiring diagrams
- Label wires, cables, and components for proper traceability
- Maintain inventory accuracy during component use
- Support installation, start-up, qualification, and debugging of new automation
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards
Requirements :
High School Diploma or equivalent1–3 years of experience in wiring and crimping within an OEM environmentStrong attention to detail and ability to work independentlyBasic computer skills (MS Office) and strong communication skillsAbility to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as neededPreferred Skills :
Experience wiring OEM equipment and troubleshooting electrical systemsFamiliarity with typical panel components (PLCs, drives, power supplies, etc.)Knowledge of actuators and sensors used in automated equipmentWhy Apply :
