To meet that goal, we have a team comprised of the best of the best in skills, qualifications, trust, and attitude.About The RoleThe Facilities & Logistics Manager oversees Poll Sounds warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory, and fleet operations across both the Salt Lake City and St. George branches. This role ensures that all materials, equipment, and facilities are maintained to the highest standards of efficiency, safety, and readiness to support our Installation, Engineering, Sales, and Service teams. Your Job Duties     Warehouse & Inventory Operations : Oversee daily warehouse activity in Salt Lake City and St. George, implement 5S standards, and ensure accurate, timely inventory control.      Logistics & Vendor Coordination : Manage all inbound / outbound freight, build vendor relationships, oversee PO tracking, and coordinate project material allocations.      Fleet & Facilities Management : Manage fleet scheduling, vehicle maintenance, and DOT compliance; oversee facility maintenance and OSHA safety compliance.      Leadership & Oversight : Lead and mentor the Facilities & Logistics team, promote accountability, and collaborate with Install and Engineering management to streamline operations.      Process Improvement & Compliance : Implement Lean Six Sigma, and 5S principles, standardize procedures, and track KPIs for continuous improvement. Ensure proper documentation of all logistics, shipping, and safety processes. Participate in operational planning meetings and contribute to quarterly OKR development.  Skills & Qualifications :       5+ years experience in logistics, warehouse, and / or operations management     Strong organizational and leadership skills with proven team management experience     Experience with inventory systems we currently use AirTable     Working knowledge of OSHA standards and safety compliance     Must be able to pass a drug test, background check, and have a valid drivers license with a clean driving record     Background in AV integration, construction, or manufacturing operations     Lean Six Sigma, 5S or equivalent process improvement training     Forklift and DOT compliance certifications     Experience managing multi-location operationsWhy Poll Sound :      We have been in business for 101 years!     We have a family feel.
