We’re looking for a motivated Deck Sales Estimator who can turn qualified in-person appointments into profitable projects — without the endless follow-ups or multi-visit deals.

Position Overview

As a Deck Sales Estimator, you’ll meet pre-qualified homeowners, conduct in-person consultations, design deck projects, and close prospects on the first visit. You’ll use your in-home sales experience and our proven sales process to build trust and guide homeowners to make confident decisions quickly

Compensation and Benefits

  • $150,000–$200,000+ annual earning potential (upside commissions)

    Compensation :

    $150,000 - $200,000 yearly

    Responsibilities :

  • Meet with qualified homeowners for in-person consultations and project estimates.
  • Educate clients on materials, options, and design possibilities.
  • Follow the one-call-close process to finalize sales during the first meeting.
  • Enter all communication, job details, and updates into the company CRM.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions and sales meetings.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.
  • Qualifications :

  • 3–5 years of experience in home improvement, remodeling, or construction sales .
  • Proven ability to close deals and manage objections effectively.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and process-driven.
  • CRM experience preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
