This is an in-person position based in our office in Grapevine, Texas.

Job Responsibilities

  • Actively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, social media platforms, and other digital tools
  • Create and manage engaging content for Liberty Software's LinkedIn page and other employer branding platforms (e.g., Glassdoor, Indeed)
  • Collaborate with internal teams to highlight company culture, events, and milestones through social media
  • Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all recruitment-related channels
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive candidates through strategic outreach and relationship-building
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies tailored to hard-to-fill roles
  • Track and analyze sourcing and hiring metrics
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and target profiles
  • Review resumes and maintain Liberty's applicant tracking system
  • Conduct screening and in-person interviews
  • Act as primary point-of-contact with applicants throughout interview and onboarding process
  • Check in with new hires post-onboarding to gain feedback and improve onboarding process
  • Collaborate on employee events, onboarding process, and other HR initiatives as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, with at least two years of relevant experience required
  • Professional, friendly demeanor
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Excellent listening and critical thinking skills
  • Experience with technology or healthcare industry a plus
  • Demonstrated experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms to identify and engage passive talent
  • Strong understanding of Boolean search techniques and social media sourcing strategies
  • Proven success in building candidate pipelines for technical or specialized roles
  • Familiarity with employer branding and content strategies to attract talent online
  • Comfortable using sourcing metrics and engagement data to inform sourcing decisions and optimize outreach
  • Experience managing company pages and content on LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and Indeed
  • Familiarity with social media analytics and tools to measure content performance
