OVERVIEW

American Battery Technology Company (ABTC) provides technical development and commercialization of domestic, sustainable sourcing of critical battery materials through lithium-ion battery recycling and battery metal extraction technologies for use in batteries that power electric cars, grid storage applications, and consumer electronics and tools. Our first of kind systems produce commercial-scale battery materials that are sold into the battery manufacturing supply chain.

ABOUT THE JOB

This position supports production on the shop floor by operating and troubleshooting multiple pieces of ancillary equipment and machines. Production Associates assist in housekeeping and material transport as well. Associates monitor and respond to machine alarms, engaging in basic troubleshooting and repairs. Associates perform quality checks as well and work in a fast-paced team environment. This position will report to the Production Supervisor.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare battery feedstock for the daily production run.
• Supply product to the line as part of the infeed process.
• Pack the finished product into appropriate packaging and applicable pallet configuration.
• Check the finished product meets customer requirements.
• Complete physical tasks as directed, including but not limited to pushing, pulling, gripping, twisting, reaching, etc.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Other duties as required and assigned.
