    • Job Summary

    The Cellular sales associate is responsible for driving strong customer advocacy while performing in a customer service and retail environment. They will meet and exceed sales targets and goals provided to them from Appliance Plus. They will demonstrate a strong knowledge of US Cellular's full portfolio of products and plans.

    Responsibilities

  • Greets customers in a professional and timely manner in store and over the phone.
  • Create the Ideal Customer Experience with each customer interaction
  • Hit and exceed sales targets and goals for products and services provided by UScellular
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and consult on service issues with plans and products
  • Assists with store inventory
  • Performs store operations like opening and closing procedures, register reconciliation, and nightly deposits.
  • Attends and completes all required training and programs by US Cellular.
  • Some travel may be required.

    • Qualifications

  • Must be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays if necessary
  • Excellent Time Management skills
  • Sales Background (preferred but not required)
  • Computer Skills (preferred but not required)
