Summary :
- Evanhoe & Associates is seeking an experienced Program Manager (PM) to provide strategic leadership, direction, and oversight for the DCIPS Future IT / Cyber program supporting the Department of Defense (DoD).
- The PM will manage all contract operations, ensuring effective execution, quality assurance, and alignment with mission objectives.

Job Duties and Responsibilities :
Lead the overall management, administration, and execution of the DCIPS Future IT / Cyber contract in accordance with task order requirements Serve as the primary point of contact between Government leadership and the contractor team, ensuring communication transparency and issue resolution Direct and oversee all contract personnel supporting the program, ensuring optimal team performance and adherence to schedule and quality objectives Manage program budgets, timelines, deliverables, and performance metrics to meet or exceed contractual requirements Provide executive-level briefings, reports, and performance updates to Government stakeholders.Drive innovation by championing DevSecOps practices, continuous improvement, and modern iterative software development methods Ensure compliance with all DoD cybersecurity, data governance, and information assurance policies Necessary Skills and Knowledge :
Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Strong understanding of DoD IT modernization and cybersecurity policy frameworks Ability to lead diverse teams and deliver measurable results in complex operational environments Expertise in program governance, risk management, and performance oversight Minimum Qualifications : Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field Possess a minimum of 9 years of experience managing technology and cybersecurity programs or projects of similar scope and complexity within the DoD or military community Possess at least one of the following certifications : Program Management Professional (PgMP) Project Management Professional (PMP) Possess an active DoD Secret Security clearance at the time of application Possess the ability to travel ~10% annually to Fort Knox, Kentucky Preferred Qualifications : Possess at least 8 years of experience leading transformative IT / DevSecOps initiatives and implementing modern, iterative software development solutions Possess at least one of the following certifications : EC-Council Certified Chief Information Security Officer (C|CISO) SANS Global Security Leadership Certification (GSLC) ISC2 Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) ISACA Certified Information Systems Manager (CISM) Possess at least 8 years of experience developing and standardizing business rules for multi-agency or enterprise-level applications Special Considerations : Only W2 employees will be considered Evanhoe and Associates is an equal-opportunity employer.Evanhoe and Associates does not discriminate in employment on account of race, color, religion, national origin, citizenship status, ancestry, age, sex (including sexual harassment), sexual orientation, marital status, physical or mental disability, military status or unfavorable discharge from military service.NOTE :
