This role provides support services, including investigating, troubleshooting, and diagnosing application and technical problems, followed by restoration of service through corrective actions and permanent resolutions. This includes software and on-board hardware for a worldwide group of Construction Industry customers and dealers.
Responsibilities :
- New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, including completing NPI product support deliverables and coordinating Field Follow objectives.
- Customer and Dealer Issue resolution, utilizing standard support processes to respond, restore, and resolve issues.
- Assist and support site network tuning for customers and demonstration centers.
- Act as a liaison between implementation teams, product development teams, and support team members to ensure corrective actions are performed and industry standard change management and support processes are followed.
- Assure knowledge transfers between team members, including engineering and customers / dealers.
Must Have Skills :
3-4 years' experience with BSCS, BSME, BSEE or 5-10 years' experience with system troubleshooting.Ability to solve problems.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to form strong relationships within partner organizations.Pay Transparency : The typical base pay for this role is $46.00 - $56.00 / hr. Final offer amounts are determined by factors including relevant skills, education, and experience, and the benefits package selected.
