Job Summary :

As a Service Plumber, you will diagnose, repair, and install residential and / or light commercial plumbing systems. This is a customer-facing role that requires excellent communication skills and a strong technical background.

Responsibilities :

• Troubleshoot and repair residential and commercial plumbing issues
• Install and service water heaters, toilets, faucets, garbage disposals, and more
• Perform drain cleaning, leak detection, pipe repairs, and repiping as needed
• Provide customers with clear explanations of issues and solutions
• Complete job reports and documentation accurately
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized company vehicle
• Ensure all work complies with current plumbing codes and safety regulations
• Be available for rotating on-call shifts (evenings / weekends)
