We’re looking for a Personal Injury Attorney to join our Louisiana team who shares our commitment to exceptional client care and outstanding legal results.
In this role, you’ll guide clients through the pre-litigation process with empathy and skill, oversee every aspect of their case, and work to maximize settlement or verdict outcomes. You’ll also lean on your strong grasp of Louisiana law to ensure cases are handled with precision from start to finish.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver top-tier customer service, managing client expectations and keeping them informed at every step.
- Oversee all key tasks on each case to make sure they’re completed accurately and on time.
- Review and sign off on email communications, pleadings, written discovery, and supporting documents.
- Conduct depositions, attend hearings, and assist in trial preparation.
- Oversee and approve client medical treatment and expenses within set guidelines.
- Review and authorize client disbursements.
- Guide and promptly answer questions from our case handling paralegals.
- Attend mediations on behalf of clients and advocate for their best interests.
- Perform detailed reviews of quantum, medical records, bills, and client history.
- Stay up to date on Louisiana law and maintain a strong command of our firm’s processes and technology.

5-10 years of litigation experience , with a solid foundation in personal injury work.A J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to all state and federal courts in Louisiana.Licensed and in good standing to practice law in Louisiana.Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken. You’re clear, empathetic, and persuasive.Leadership qualities and the ability to provide direction and mentorship to staff.Strong time management and case management skills.Sharp legal analysis and sound judgment.Benefits
