Sr Financial Analyst

Finance Leadership Role

Join the team that is a leader in engineering, designing, and manufacturing of leading-edge military expeditionary products and rugged industrial / commercial products since 1937. This role is geographically flexible, but will require travel to HDT facilities as needed. Essential duties include :

• Responsible for financial metrics, reporting, forecasting, and analysis and will be an active member of the finance leadership team.
• Performs financial reporting, ad-hoc business analyses, and financial modeling.
• Collaborates with senior leadership and business managers to ensure effective finance and cost management.
• Facilitates financial review meetings with business groups.
• Works closely with the business managers to drive cost efficiencies and optimize free cash flows.
• Manages the financial planning and analysis effort, using the key input levers to the business.
• Develops ad hoc business analysis and presents recommendations to senior management on strategic decisions and planned future initiatives.
• Establishes and maintains operating and business metrics.

Education / experience / other skills and abilities :

This position requires access to or use of export-controlled technical data or technology controlled by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
