Senior Technical Writer

A company is looking for a Sr. Technical Writer.

Key Responsibilities

Interview subject-matter experts to gather information for technical documentation and training content development

Create and maintain comprehensive user training materials and technical documentation to support products and services

Measure training content effectiveness through user analytics and feedback to continuously improve learning outcomes

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience defining, writing, and / or editing technical content

3+ years of experience creating user training materials and instructional content

Intermediate knowledge of HTML / CSS for web-based content creation

Experience working in an Agile development methodology

Experience with AI tools for content creation, including Large Language Models
