Position Summary

What you'll do

• Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and / or in writing (e.g., customers, suppliers, associates).
• Implement the business plan for area of responsibility by communicating goals and managing staffing and scheduling; assign duties and coordinate workloads to achieve facility goals (e.g., production, quality, safety).
• Monitor and manage productivity of area of responsibility by preparing, reviewing, and / or analyzing business reports.
• Maintain quality and safety standards in area of responsibility by ensuring associates are trained on logistics and company policies, standards and procedures; monitor associate compliance; distribute and maintain procedures and supporting documentation.
• Identify associate, customer, and / or supplier concerns by listening and consulting with others to determine corrective action or make recommendations to resolve.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties, coordinating workloads, monitoring performance and providing feedback; teach, support, and model policies and procedures; identify training and development needs and participate in hiring, promotion, coaching, teaching and evaluation of associates and leaders.
• Respect the individual; build high-performing teams; embrace differences in people, cultures, ideas, and experiences; foster belonging and ensure associates feel seen, supported, and connected; create opportunities for all associates to thrive and perform.

The annual salary range for this position is $65,500.00-$98,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may include regional pay zone (RPZ) based on location, stock.
