Position Summary
What you'll do
- Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and / or in writing (e.g., customers, suppliers, associates).
- Implement the business plan for area of responsibility by communicating goals and managing staffing and scheduling; assign duties and coordinate workloads to achieve facility goals (e.g., production, quality, safety).
- Monitor and manage productivity of area of responsibility by preparing, reviewing, and / or analyzing business reports.
- Maintain quality and safety standards in area of responsibility by ensuring associates are trained on logistics and company policies, standards and procedures; monitor associate compliance; distribute and maintain procedures and supporting documentation.
- Identify associate, customer, and / or supplier concerns by listening and consulting with others to determine corrective action or make recommendations to resolve.
- Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties, coordinating workloads, monitoring performance and providing feedback; teach, support, and model policies and procedures; identify training and development needs and participate in hiring, promotion, coaching, teaching and evaluation of associates and leaders.
- Respect the individual; build high-performing teams; embrace differences in people, cultures, ideas, and experiences; foster belonging and ensure associates feel seen, supported, and connected; create opportunities for all associates to thrive and perform.

The annual salary range for this position is $65,500.00-$98,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may include regional pay zone (RPZ) based on location, stock.
Minimum Qualifications

Associate’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 1 year supervisory experience OR Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field OR 1 year Walmart Logistics Management experience OR 2 years Walmart Logistics experience OR 2 years supervisory experience.Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).Preferred Qualifications
