Employment Type : Full-Time

Compensation : $52,000 – $120,000 per year (based on experience and qualifications)

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Commercial HVAC / Refrigeration Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, a commitment to excellence, and the ability to work independently in the field.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect, diagnose, and perform repairs or replacements on commercial HVAC / R equipment
  • Conduct routine preventive maintenance to ensure system efficiency and longevity
  • Respond promptly to emergency service calls
  • Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
  • Participate in monthly on-call rotation for emergency services

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial HVAC / R
  • Universal EPA 608 Certification required
  • Ability to read and interpret HVAC / R wiring diagrams and schematics
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Physically capable of performing the demands of the job
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
