We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized Document Administrator to oversee document management and control processes. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy, accessibility, and regulatory compliance for business-critical documentation across departments.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage the creation, version control, and distribution of key documents (e.g., contracts, reports, manuals).
Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring easy retrieval.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize documentation processes.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Perform regular audits and implement improvements in document workflows.
Provide training and support on document management systems and best practices.
Qualifications :
Associates or Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field preferred.
2+ years of experience in document control, administration, or similar roles.
Proficiency with document management systems (e.g., SharePoint, Documentum).
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities.
Familiarity with compliance standards (e.g., ISO, GDPR) is a plus.
Hourly Pay Rate : $25 - $50
