As a Janitorial Assistant, you'll be part of a supportive team that handles essential cleaning tasks like sweeping, mopping, dusting, and restocking supplies. Don't worryno experience is needed! You'll receive on-the-job coaching and guidance to help you succeed. It's more than just cleaningit's about building confidence, showing up with pride, and gaining real-world work experience.

What You'll Be Doing :

• Keep our hallways, restrooms, break rooms, and workspaces looking their best
• Use tools and products (safely!) to clean, scrub, polish, and shine
• Restock paper products and essentials in restrooms and break areas
• Interact with staff, patients, and visitors in a kind and courteous way
• Practice time management, teamwork, and positive workplace habits
• Learn new skills through supportive training and job coaching
