Civil Engineer / Civil Designer

Full-Time | $60,000 – $120,000 per year (Depends on Experience) | Los Angeles, CA

We're looking for an experienced Civil Engineer / Civil Designer to join our team. You'll work on a variety of projects including grading, drainage, stormwater / LID, street improvements, retaining walls, and shoring. The role includes preparing plans and reports, conducting site visits, mentoring junior staff, and coordinating with clients, agencies, and contractors.

  • Prepare plans and reports for civil engineering projects.
  • Conduct site visits and field observations.
  • Mentor junior staff and coordinate with team members.
  • Coordinate with clients, agencies, and contractors.
  • Contribute to projects involving grading, drainage, stormwater / LID, street improvements, retaining walls, and shoring.

Qualifications

  • Civil Engineering degree
  • 3+ years of experience
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
  • Strong communication and project management skills
