What You'll Do
As the Assistant Program Director , you will play a key leadership role in ensuring the quality and effectiveness of the Therapeutic Mentor program while supporting the Program Director in program expansion and development.
Provide leadership, supervision, and consultation to program staff, Supervisors, and Team LeadersFacilitate staff and clinical team meetings to ensure communication and program alignmentGuide the development of clinical services, standards, policies, and best practicesSupport recruitment, training, and professional development of program staffAssist with community outreach and collaboration with schools and local organizationsOversee service delivery, program compliance, and quality assuranceProvide clinical supervision, consultation, and staff evaluationRespond to on-call needs, complaints, and service issues as requiredWho You Are
Master's degree in a behavioral health-related field requiredLicensed at the independent practice level (LICSW, LMHC) requiredMinimum of 5 years of post-graduate experience providing behavioral health services to youth and familiesAt least 3 years of supervisory or management experience requiredCertified in Massachusetts CANS or ability to become certified upon hireStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvementWe Hire for Purpose!
