Position Summary

The Systems Administrator is responsible for maintaining and optimizing core IT infrastructure, implementing new solutions, deploying hardware and software, and contributing to IT strategy. Reporting to the Vice President of IT, this role will play a pivotal part in ensuring operational efficiency, system security, and long-term scalability.

Key Responsibilities

IT Infrastructure & System Administration

• Maintain and support servers, applications, end-user devices, and operating systems
• Perform routine server administration (user / group management, group policies, print services)
• Monitor system health, respond to event log warnings / errors, and ensure performance stability
